Small Business Financing

The majority of businesses can benefit significantly from the Small Business Loan Program that we offer at PRAXIS Financial. Since Preferred SBA lenders have designated us as a Preferred Financial Services Company, we are able to ensure that loans are processed in a manner that is exceptionally fast and efficient. This is due to the fact that the SBA has allowed for the process of approval to be delegated to our lenders, which has many benefits relating to the processing of our clients' loans.

Our Small Business Loan Program can be used for a number of applications and offer a number of benefits therein. This program includes, but is not limited to, the following types of financing:

  • Industrial or commercial real estate financing: Hotels and motels, single-purpose buildings, gas stations, repair shops, restaurants, non-conforming properties, convalescent hospitals and more
  • Existing business acquisition loans
  • Equipment financing: Heavy equipment, diagnostic equipment, laundry and dry cleaning, medical equipment, machine tools, commercial printing and binding, trucking, manufacturing equipment
